Konieczność dostosowania do zmieniających się wymagań otoczenia rynkowego wymaga modyfikacji strategii firmy, co z reguły pociąga za sobą zmiany w hierarchii wartości organizacyjnych oraz wspierających je norm postępowania. Artykuł charakteryzuje proces zmian kulturowych wdrożony w średniej wielkości ogólnopolskiej w firmie budowlanej. W artykule zaprezentowano schemat działań, zmierzających do wprowadzenia prorynkowych i proefektywnościowych reguł i zasad funkcjonowania firmy, a także omówiono efekty wprowadzonych zmian oraz warunki powodzenia projektu.

The need to adapt to market’s changes requires the change of the corporate strategy. As a rule it results in changes in a hierarchy of organizational values and norms. The article describes the process of cultural changes implemented in the Polish medium size enterprise in the construction business. The article presents the schema of activity which aim was the introduction of pro-marketing and proeffective rules and principles of company’s operations as well as discusses the results of implemented changes and conditions of the success of the project.
