Artykuł ten przedstawia rozwój zainteresowania przedsiębiorców oraz pracowników duchowością i religijnością w miejscu pracy. Proces ten obejmuje obecnie coraz więcej firm głównie w Stanach Zjednoczonych, gdzie zauważono potrzebę zmiany w organizacji pracy. Zmiana ta polega na dostrzeżeniu systemu wartości, który reprezentują pracownicy. Okazuje się bowiem, iż kadra pracownicza, która bez przeszkód może w pracy realizować się również na polu religijno-duchowym, generuje pozytywne implikacje w postaci większej konsolidacji relacji międzyludzkich, co sprzyja lepszej atmosferze w danym przedsiębiorstwie, a to przekłada się na wizerunek firmy i jej sukces rynkowy.

This article presents the development of interest of entrepreneurs and employees in spirituality and religion in the workplace. This process can be seen now in more and more companies, mainly in the United States, where the need for changes in the organization of work was acknowledged. This change is to identify a system of values that the workers represent. It turns out that a workforce that can freely develop, also in the religious and spiritual field, generates positive implications in the form of increased consolidation of relations, which contributes to a better atmosphere in the enterprise, and this in turn is reflected in the image of the company and its market success.
