The article analyzes socio-psychological aspects of technological approach to training and development of business managers with the example of a number of training programs in major companies of Southern Russia, as well the role and opportunities of partnership with real economy enterprises in the system of professional education on the subject of training and development of managers. A complex system of training is always technological, and the technology is a part of it providing ultimately the performance of the training process. A training technology is a systemic method of creating, applying and determining all the process of teaching and acquiring knowledge, the objective of which is the optimization of education forms. The practical experience of professors of Kuban State University in interacting with a number of major and reputed enterprises of Southern Federal District, described in the article, demonstrates technological approach to teaching and developing managers, as well as the prospects and opportunities opening for educational structures and enterprises by it.
