Considerations of the article focus on the assessment of the new Public Procurement Law Act – Act of 11.09.2019 – Public Procurement Law (Journal of Law’s item 2019) in terms of regulating the evidentiary proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber. First, the article presents the method of regulating the evidentiary proceedings in the currently applicable act. Then the work presents the provisions of the aforementioned act and conducts their assessment through the prism of the principles of techniques of a proper legislation. Finally, the author suggests to replace the act provisions with a provision referring to the provisions of evidentiary proceedings before civil courts. The author supports his postulate by an example of such a solution in the already binding Act on Competition and Consumer Protection.
