The European Neighbourhood Policy was developed in 2004 and is an instrument of European Union that offers financial assistance and solving long-standing conflicts in countries within the European Neighbourhood. Other geopolitical actors like USA or China will compete with the EU on the concepts that will define the world geopolitical space of the future.
