The article raises issues concerning control of mass events’ safety and security. The division of responsibilities for security control, as well as resulting rights and obligations of particular units are described. The basic security rules during mass events’ organization that not only the mass events’ organizers and services but also participants themselves have to obey are differentiated. There are also included actions that mass events’ security services have to undertake in particular situations and procedures of their execution so as not to infringe upon their personal dignity of mass events’ attendees.
