The development starts with defining what the opposition, the Kubat introduced the distinction between the opposition here in the strict sense and sense (Chapter 1). The first treated as a social phenomenon involving all the attitudes or behavior directed against the existing government, for the second recognized institution that is actively seeks to overthrow the government (or regime) and take his place (or create a new regime).
