The development starts with defining what the opposition, the Kubat introduced the distinction between the opposition here in the strict sense and sense (Chapter 1). The first treated as a social phenomenon involving all the attitudes or behavior directed against the existing government, for the second recognized institution that is actively seeks to overthrow the government (or regime) and take his place (or create a new regime). The primary determinant of the existence of the opposition in the strict sense - that is the subject further consideration of the author - is institutionalized. The opposition takes First of all, though not exclusively, a form of political parties.
