The creation of the image of a brand is determined by the feelings of the consumers. The process is extremely difficult and long-lasting, but it does not have to be expensive. During a short period of time (in comparison to the radio or television), social media have become the source of marketing strategy of many commercial organizations. Their significance has grown because with a little financial outlay, organizations began to enjoy significant benefits related to business and their image. The tools that are most frequently used in marketing communication by means of social media are e-marketing and content marketing. They help in the creation of a positive image of a company by meeting consumers’ expectations. The article describes the influence of social media on the creation of an image of an organization.
