Nowadays, for further and quick development of modern firms, ways of management and hierarchy are needed. Boss has very important role in a company. He/she is the chief who is responsible for planning, organizing and controlling. The boss should be a coordinator and a supplier. The principal is the interest in his/her staff.s work because only then he/she will be able to influence the employees.
