For many Polish enterprises subsidies from EU funds are an important source of investment financing. Obtaining these funds must meet a number of procedural requirements. This applies to both phases of the grant application and settlement phase of the project. This article presents a role in the enterprise information system and clearing the grant sample project settlement procedure.
