This elaboration presents studies, that refer to the gap in qualifications of the employees of the voivodeship and poviat unemployment agencies. They are a category of workers, who have contact with people looking for a job as well as with employers particularly often. So the quality of their qualifications and skills seems to be very important for the efficiency of activities that they realize within the labour market policy.
