Decision making process means a choice of appropriate actions, selection of the best possible solution to the existing problem. It is preceded by the analysis of various problem factors. Knowledge, complex understanding and proper interpretation of problem's determinants diminish the risk of making inappropriate decision which may bring negative results for the organisation in the future
