Abstracts

W artykule przedstawiono znaczenie usług biznesowych w Unii Europejskiej oraz różnice w poziomie rozwoju tych usług między członkami "starej" Unii (UE-15) a nowymi krajami, które przystąpiły do Wspólnoty w maju 2004 roku. Ogół przytoczonych danych wskazuje, iż usługi biznesowe są dziedziną usług ekspansywnie się rozwijającą, jednak w obu częściach UE inny jest poziom rozwoju tych usług, skala ich świadczenia oraz zupełnie różny poziom wydajności.

The work shows an importance of the business services (in the broad sense as well in the narrow one) in the European Union, indicating the essential now difference in the level of development of these services between the "EU 15" members and the new countries which have acceded to the EU in May 2004.
