Do nowych jakościowo zjawisk i tendencji autor zalicza: pogłębiającą się koncentrację kapitałową i rozwój przedsiębiorstw z sieciami handlowymi; koncentrację na rynku artykułów szybko zbywalnych; dynamiczny rozwój ośrodków handlowych; integrację w handlu

Progressing concentration and integration of trade in Poland impact on structural and quality changes of trade bringing it near to high economically developed countries. To the main changes describing new qualitatively phenomena and tendencies we may include: intensification of capital concentration and separation of companies with huge trade networks, especially on the market of fast-moving goods (FMCG), development of trade centres concentrating not only hypermarkets or supermarkets, but also various sized specialised shops, including branch shops and extortion of consolidation and integration of home trade enterprises from growing competition. The article presents results of analysis of the changes mentioned above.
