Abstracts

Modelowanie wydatków samorządowych przeprowadzono metodami ekonometrycznymi. Przeprowadzona analiza miała dwojaki charakter. Po pierwsze, miała na celu zbadani wpływu wybranych czynników ekonomicznych na wydatki z budżetów powiatów w dziale oświata i wychowanie. Po drugie, podjęto próbę wskazania odpowiedniego modelu statystycznego badanych zależności spośród modeli wykorzystywanych dla danych panelowych. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The study presents research results on district expenditure in the area of education. Panel models has been used for the analysis of district budget expenditures. The conducted analysis was of dual nature. Firstly, it aimed at studying the Influence of social and economic factors on district budgets expenditure spent on education. Secondly, there was taken up an attempt of selecting the proper statistical model referring to the studied interrelations out of models used for panel data. (original abstract)
