Abstracts

W literaturze zawarte są propozycje wskaźników wyposażenia w infrastrukturę transportową, które mają charakter ilościowy i jakościowy, nie zdołano jednak wypracować kompleksowego systemu oceny. Proste mierniki nie dają możliwości oceny dopasowania infrastruktury do funkcji, jakie ona powinna spełniać. W artykule zastosowano metodologię wielowymiarowej analizy porównawczej. Wyniki badania ukazały znaczny stopień zróżnicowania stanu infrastruktury drogowej w krajach UE. Regiony wykazują popyt na wyposażenie infrastrukturalne zależnie od indywidualnych uwarunkowań. Korzyści z rozbudowy sieci drogowej, przyjmują różną skalę w zależności od stanu wyposażenia. W regionach najlepiej rozwiniętych inwestycje przynoszą minimalne efekty krańcowe.(abstrakt oryginalny)

It was impossible in this study to develop a comprehensive estimation system but in the literature you can find some proposals of quantitative and qualitative indices of the transport infrastructure equipment. Simple measures do not make possible to estimate the infrastructure adjustment to the function it should fulfil. The method of multi-dimensional comparative analysis was used in the study. The research results indicated the significant differentiation of the road transport infrastructure in the EU countries. Regions need infrastructural equipment depending on individual conditions. Road development profits are different and depends on the previous equipment state. In the best developed regions new investments produce minimal extreme effects.(original abstract)
