Przeanalizowano realne dochody zatrudnionych w sferze przedsiębiorstw oraz pobierających świadczenia społeczne, czyli emerytury z pozarolniczego systemu ubezpieczeń społecznych oraz emerytury i renty rolników indywidualnych w wyrazie nominalnym brutto w 2002 r.

The article presents the problem of real incomes dynamic in 2002, i.e. wages and salaries in sector of enterprises and social benefits - retirement pays financed from non-agricultural social security found and retirement pays and pensions of farmers. Dynamic of wages and salaries of enterprises rather corresponds to the data in 2001, but in case of social benefits an increasing tendency was observed. The ending parts of the article concern reflection on social and economic situation of Polish economy, i.e. its basic issues: fight against unemployment and necessity of speeding-up an economic growth.
