Chińska Republika Ludowa to najbardziej ludny kraj świata, w którym liczba ludności przekroczyła 1,3 mld. Przedstawiono stan mieszkalnictwa w Chinach w ujęciu retrospektywnym w szczególności skupiając się na roku 2008. Przedstawiono również porównanie warunków mieszkaniowych w Polsce i Chinach.

The article presents a condition of the housing in China in 2008 as well as in retrospection. Considerations of the housing development, conditions in the housing construction, reserves and housing conditions as well as expenditures for dwellings are discussed in the article. The Author presents also comparison of measures characterizing housings in Poland and China. (original abstract)
