The article discusses one of the Warsaw's student periodicals 'Merkuriusz', which was published in the years 1956-1983 as part of student workshops initially at the School of Journalism and then at the Warsaw University Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences. Both the press characteristics and contents of the periodical are discussed. The article also comprises an annex with the names of members of successive editorial boards.
