Modern organizations conduct active campaigns fostering high quality of work and the good psychological-physical condition of their workers. This is tied with the high level of knowledge on the psychological costs incurred by workers during the implementation of change. One of the negative phenomena occurring in processes of implementing innovation in a company is stress. The authoress presents the results of studies conducted on a sample of 151 persons - employees of companies implementing integrated information systems that are an example of change that is significant in both depth and breadth.
