In spite of the fact that questions in the field of human resource management seem to have remained unchanged over the years, progress, discoveries, and development have resulted in the 'right answers' changing and being updated. Worn stereotypes and outdated assumptions cannot serve as a basis. Flexibility, openness, and keeping step with progress are very important. The objective of this article is to share reflections on the practice of implementing new solutions in the realm of remuneration systems and the building of an organizational culture based on high labor requirements and results.
