An analysis of a logistics process requires eleboration of methods enabling its complex diagnosis. The weighted Ishikawa diagram may be used for this purpose. Additionally, this method could be amended by stratification analysis which enables to formulate the most important tasks to be undertaken in order to increase effectiveness of the logistics process
