The only correct way of improving the management process seems to be building comprehensive information systems serving all management functions. Advisability of computer-based information systems of this kind lies in integration of the information processing process irrespective of the place where given information is generated and where it is next transferred to be used. Construction of such information systems is a labour intensive, complex, and time-consuming process requiring changes in traditional forms and organization of management, documents circulation, habitual registration methods and ways, information transmission and processing.
