Pamiątka po dobrej matce it’s a work written by Klementyna z Tańskich Hoffmanowa. The writer was very popular in the first half of the 19th century. In this time Hoffmanowa was the pioneer of pedagogics writing for children and youth. In this article the author tries to point at characteristic language elements in Pamiątka po dobrej matce. The author underlines the elements which in particular way influence the reader and have the educational and instructive function. In this tekst the author presents language constructions which are used by Tańska to convince the reader, to teach him and lo influence the reader’s emotions.
