Languages of publication
Abstracts
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that allows making telephone calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line. There are many benefits of using it in business. VoIP is much cheaper than standard telephony and offer a lot of useful applications that support employees and management in a company. However, there are some risks too. Internet telephony has the same weaknesses and must be protected as typical Local Area Networks because it can be attacked by hackers. Unfortunately, the most of managers don’t notice that.
