Mobile Banking as a Form of Electronic Transaction in The B2C Sector

Abstracts
Business to customer transactions gain a greater significance in Electronic Commerce. A particular case of such a transaction is Electronic Banking, which revolutionized the ways, in which customers access accounts and accumulated money. The introduction of usage of mobile devices within Electronic Banking gave the name of Mobile Banking to this kind of distribution of bank services. This article presents a view on Mobile Banking from the perspective of the customer, who is the subject of transactions in the B2C sector. The use of new applications and services based on them depends on the customer’s acceptance.
