Abstracts
The purpose of this paper is to present a problem of public finance which appears from the fact that the healthcare is a form of investment in human capital. In the first part of paper, such terms as human capital, investment in human capital were presented. The second part is devoted to the influence of human capital on the economic growth. In the third part, the main determinant of public finance transformation is presented. The essence of this paper is conclusion that a such criteria as the influence of healthcare expenses effects comparing to other forms of investment on the economic growth should be necessarily taken in to account.
