This paper describes how to integrate and maximize enterprise data for business profit. The article explaines also the driving forces for building business intelligence strategics and demonstrates the power of these strategies in gaining the enterprise goals and business strategies and increasing business effectiveness and enterprise competitiveness. It also provide an overview on the development of Business Intelligence Systems (BIS) and intelligent tools and means in supporting these activities. The paper describes further on predefining management information needs of all management levels and the report contents using Business Objects, needed in Data Warehouses and Document Warehouses. Also the structure and processes taking place in business and information service has been demonstrated and broadly presented.
