Omówiono potrzebę integracji różnych systemów biznesowych, rozróżniając integrację wewnętrzną i zewnętrzną przy czym ta ostatnia realizowana jest na zasadzie outsorcingu konwersji. Opisano ośrodek VANPOL1 świadczący usługi tego rodzaju.

The need for an integration of various biznes systems is discussed. The internal and external integration is distinguished, the last one executed as the outsourcing of the format translation. The center VANPOL ofering such kind of services has been discribed.
