This paper presents a procedural issue of restricting the right to public information. At the outset it was explained the concept of access to public information. Then characterized redemption administrative proceedings concerning access to public information, and also identified a number of reasons to refuse such access. The subject of legal analysis, there were also differences between the jurisdictional administrative proceedings and proceedings on access to public information. Some consideration given to the judicial review of administrative decisions issued under the Act on access to public information and highlighted the differences judicial procedure and administration of civil proceedings in matters of regulation of access to public information.
