In the present paper it have been analyzed methodological aspects of the object of psychology and linguistics. This problem has been regarded on the grounds of the theories of such prominent psychologists as L. Wygotski, A. Łuria, L. Rubinstein and A. Leontjew. The mentioned theories are analyzed in comparison with the achievements of classical and modern linguistics. The object of psychology and the object of linguistics is understood as adjacent, sufficiently crossed, but nevertheless as independent objects of the researches.
