Abstracts
On the temporary stage of development of world economy the principle meaning for long term assurance is the ability to achievement the development and the maintenance of high competitive advantage. This ability is conditioned by entrepreneurship of the local environment which stimulating the high innovative as well as elasticity of working industrial subjects. This in turn, in global leaning on the knowledge economy, is dependent on human capital, concentrated round industrial clusters. The local net of economic subjects stimulates the effective diffusion of knowledge as well as transfer of technology and it also makes possible the effective absorption of modern solutions.
