The analysis presented in the article points out that the present application of measures of evaluation of the activity of linen industry companlea does not allow for integration. of these basic economic units. This remark concerns both synthetic and partial measures. The attempt at synthetic evaluation of economic effectiveness of the activity of the industrial companlea as discuseed in the artlcle may provide a basis for implementation of processes integrating these units. These prpcesses may be based on comprehensive evaluations of the whole company's activity. The evaluations in question concern improvement in production quality and materials use. Performance of the integration function by the evaluation measures is, however, closely connected with the solution accepted in the field of the company's internal self-financing system.
