Economical processes and phenomenons appearing in contemporary economy have repeatedly complexed character and complexed conditions too. These phenomenons comprise in more or less sphere also local work's market in town. In the context of the present discussion with reference of using great infrastructure investments as a factor which dynamites economic growth and employment's growth, it is seemed very important to examine real effects (economical and social) of these operations. As a reason of deducting in this sphere can be study of cases and international comparisons - this article is an introductory trial of entertainment this examining challenge.
