EN
The article highlights the opportunities of disruptive technologies to enhance the quality relations. It starts with the model of progress of disruptive innovations. The next two parts, based on real market examples, focus on implementation of e-learning and virtual meetings into everyday life of companies. As technology is becoming more refined, there's a shift to concentrating on simpler, more convenient and less costly offerings. The article explores their virtues as well drawbacks.
