The information technology has had an important influence on marketing communication system. The way of communication by interaction will be more desired by market, in a nearest future. The enterprises have chance to enrich the way of contact with a client, a staff and a co-operator, by a new individual form of interactions. This is more effective than previous method of communication. The technology has changed the way of providing services and communication, but it hasn't diminished the client needs. It has developed them.
