The development of the modern technologies permit magnify the effectiveness of functioning of enterprises, also in a banking sector. It permits to increase the range and the level of services standards, and the diversity of distribution channels. The modern technology also permits to improve the management and marketing activity. The development of technologies is a big chance for banks. However, it is necessary to bear high expenses on implementation of this complicated and advanced equipment. It is also very important to increase the access to them. The high level of acceptation of these innovations among customers of the banks is also crucial.
