EN
The paper presents the basic strategy of distribution in the context of globalization processes in the world. The problem of globalization is discussed in aspect of trends in distribution development on consumer goods market. This market is the fastest developing one. The activity of companies on the foreign markets is more difficult than in the local markets. The global producers present a proactive attitude in their relationships based upon intensive and long term cooperation and domination over the independent intermediary. The cooperation of the company with its distributors can be regarded as an element of its marketing strategy
