Internet banking changes buying behavior of bank services users. Managing of the account over the Internet lets them to communicate with bank easier and more often. Internet banking gives customer more opportunities for making payments or short-term capital investments from client' s own home. It lets customer to search for the best offer making price competition between banks more intensive.
