The paper points out that exhaustion of factors of transitional character, that promoted rapid development of the Capitalist economy in the fifties and the sixties, led to a slow-down in economic growth rate and Intensification of crisis phenomena in capitalism in the seventies. It signified uselessness of the theoretical concept of state-monopolistic reflation based on Keynes* theory for solution of arising problems.
