The quoted model and algorithm of its solution are to provide a basis for construction of assortment production plans and production capacity utilization plans of machinery and equipment. There was made an attempt at definition of these plans by means of network methods. On the mathematical side the problem was formulated in the form of linear programming problem in the solution of which there was applied the Simplex method. After making all computation on the Odra 1304 computer, there was performed an analysis which revealed a "bottle neck" in the production process, the elimination of which calls for technological and organizational changes.
