W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących uwarunkowań zatrudnienia osób niepełnosprawnych. Głównym ograniczeniem zatrudnienia takich osób jest brak ofert pracy dla nich i niechęć do ich zatrudniania. Pracujące osoby niepełnosprawne w większości (65%) uznają, że są traktowane przez pracodawców i współpracowników gorzej niż pracownicy w pełni sprawni.

The paper presents the results of research on the conditions of employing people with disabilities. The main difficulty associated with employing this group of workers is the lack of job offers for them, as well as the reluctance of employers to take them on. The majority (65%) of those disabled who are employed believe that they are treated worse by their employers and co-workers than their able-bodied colleagues.
