Abstracts

EN

The Act on Access to Public Information regulates the scope and procedure of providing information. It is therefore a significant legal act, thanks to which the principle of transparency of public life has broad impact. The application procedure specified in the Act is a procedure that allows the applicant to obtain the information he expects, in the term regulated by act. Thus, it is a procedure thanks to which the right to obtain public information is realized in the most complete way.
