Logistics services market is in the phase of growth and continuous transformations which, among others, has led to establishing specialized logistics operators. This article is about role and meaning of the logistics operators on the market of logistics services (third party logistics). As a providers of professional logistics services, having proper skills, fixed assets, labour force and technical equipment, 3PL gained acceptance of the customers, they became an integral part of supply chains and business plans.
