Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie wyników badań dotyczących związanych z mediami elektronicznymi zachowań ryzykownych dzieci i młodzieży w Republice Czeskiej. W tekście przedstawiono wybrane wyniki badań realizowanych przez Centrum Prewencji Ryzyka Wirtualnej Komunikacji Uniwersytetu Palackiego w Ołomuńcu (Centrum prevence rizikové virtuální komunikace Pedagogické fakulty Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci) związane z kontaktem dzieci i młodzieży z materiałami pornograficznymi oraz seksualizującymi, a także konsekwencje tego procesu. Przedstawione wyniki badań mają na celu nie tylko upowszechnienie wiedzy odnoszącej się do zachowań ryzykownych w sąsiednich krajach, lecz również mogą służyć jako inspiracja dla polskich badaczy oraz metodyków przygotowujących programy profilaktyczne w obszarze pedagogiki mediów.

The objective of the paper is to present the results of a study on risky behavior of children and youth, mediated by electronic media in the Czech Republic. The text presents only a small part of the research conducted by the Centre for the Prevention of Risky Virtual Communication Faculty of Education of Palacký University in Olomouc (Centrum prevence rizikové virtuální komunikace Pedagogické fakulty Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci) on contacts children and youth have with pornographic and sexualizing content, as well as consequences of such contacts. Presented research results aim not only at increasing the awareness regarding risky behaviors in the neighboring countries, but may also serve as an inspiration for Polish researchers and educators who design preventive programs. The paper contains of introduction in which PRVOK Centre is characterized and the following subchapters presenting results of the research conducted in the years 2010–2017.
