Abstracts
The notion of security is considered in reference to nearly all the aspects of human life. The question of the security of the state, society, and citizen is becoming an ever more complex and interdisciplinary question. Various realms of human life and activity make use of an array of notions including employee security, patient security, consumer security, child security, student security, tourist security, and individual’s security during mask events. The security of the state and the security of an individual and citizen build in fact a single whole. In individual manifestations and areas of social and economic life, the state should accomplish and ensure the citizens’ inalienable right to securfity.
