Artykuł omawia realizację zadań w ramach zarządzania kryzysowego w powiecie ostrołęckim. Opisany został przebieg akcji poszukiwawczej ładunku wybuchowego po otrzymaniu informacji o jego podłożeniu. Autor rozstrzyga takie kwestie, jak: ustalenie osoby kierującej akcją do czasu przybycia funkcjonariuszy Policji (administrator budynku lub osoba przez niego upoważniona) i jej kompetencje oraz zadania, a także wymienia czynniki, jakie należy przede wszystkim brać pod uwagę, przeprowadzając ewakuację ludności z zagrożonego obiektu. Autor zaproponował także kilka wskazówek dla administratora obiektu i osób przyjmujących zgłoszenie o podłożeniu ładunku wybuchowego.

The article discusses the realization of the tasks of crisis management in Ostrołęka poviat. The article describes police search of explosives after being informed of plating them. The author determines such issues as: identification of the person in charge of the action until the arrival of police (the building administrator or his agent) and its powers and tasks, and lists the factors to be primarily taken into account when carrying out the evacuation of people from the affected facility. The author also proposed some guidelines for the administrator of the facility and for the people receiving the notification of planting explosives.
