On the Polish language and cultural heritage in the village of Belostok in SiberiaThe village of Belostok is known as one of originally Polish villages in Siberia. As it is today, only one woman in the village (from the oldest generation) still speaks dialectal Polish, and another one remembers Polish prayers. This article attempts to reconstruct the original sociolinguistic situation in the village, including the use of Polish at home, at church and at school. It is based on published documents and interviews with the two villagers recorded in 2016–2017. O polskim dziedzictwie językowym i kulturowym we wsi Biełostok na SyberiiWieś Biełostok (Białystok) na Syberii Zachodniej uważana jest za miejscowość pierwotnie polską. Obecnie tylko jedna osoba należąca do najstarszego pokolenia zachowuje znajomość języka polskiego w ustnej postaci gwarowej; druga, jej rówieśniczka, pamięta polskie teksty modlitw. Artykuł stanowi próbę rekonstrukcji dawnej sytuacji socjolingwistycznej w tej wsi, włączając w to używanie języka polskiego w domu, w Kościele i w szkole, na podstawie opublikowanych dokumentów oraz rozmów z mieszkankami Biełostoku nagranymi w latach 2016–2017.
