EN
Innovations are undoubtedly one of the main drivers of economic growth. The ability to create and implement innovative solutions is currently the basic measure of the efficiency of the company’s functioning on the market. The aim of the article was to identify the key factors within the organization that are most conducive to innovation and flexibility. The following works were carried out during the research: desk research, individual in-depth interview and a questionnaire. The survey covered 620 respondents from various micro and small enterprises. The methods used in the study were PAPI and CAWI. Based on the results obtained, it was found that most of the surveyed members of the organization see a close relationship between innovation and creativity. The surveyed managers also appreciate the community of norms, values and patterns of behavior in the organization as an important factor of innovation. The authors believe that the conducted research can diversify and enrich the literature on innovation and adaptation, implementation, as well as stimulate the cooperation of organizations in the implementation of innovations.

Innowacje są niewątpliwie jedną z głównych sił napędowych wzrostu gospodarczego. Zdolność do kreowania i implementowania rozwiązań innowacyjnych jest aktualnie podstawowym miernikiem sprawności funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa na rynku. Celem artykułu było zidentyfikowanie kluczowych czynników wewnątrz organizacji w największym stopniu sprzyjających ich innowacyjności oraz elastyczności. Badaniem objęto 620 respondentów z różnych małych i mikroprzedsiębiorstw. W trakcie badań przeprowadzono następujące prace: deskresearch, indywidualny wywiad pogłębiony oraz badania ankietowe. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników stwierdzono, że większość ankietowanych członków organizacji dostrzega ścisłą zależność pomiędzy innowacyjnością a kreatywnością. Badani menedżerowie doceniają wspólnotę norm, wartości oraz wzorców zachowań w organizacji jako istotny czynnik innowacyjności. Autorzy uważają, że przeprowadzone badania mogą urozmaicić i wzbogacić literaturę dotyczącą innowacji i adaptowania, wdrażania, a także stymulować współpracę organizacji w zakresie wdrażania innowacji.
